The C.S.S. Virginia was a confederate ironclad warship that fought the U.S.S. Monitor in the Battle of Hampton Roads during the Civil War in 1862. It played a major role in the Civil War defending the Gosport Navy Yard from the Union invasion. It is available as a FULLY ASSEMBLED model ready to be proudly display as a piece of history. Master craftsmen using historical photographs, drawings or original plans meticulously handcraft these highly detailed wood models from scratch. They are built to scale with high-grade wood such as: western red cedar, rosewood, and mahogany. They are 100% hand built individually using plank-on-frame construction method and are similar to the building of actual ships. Each model requires hundreds of hours to finish and must go through a demanding quality control process before leaving the workshop. The C.S.S. Virginia magnificent features include intricate details such as: wooden planked deck, upper wooden deck, planked lifeboats, metal anchors, smoke stack with metal rings, wooden cannons, wooden rudder and Confederate flags. This is an “Exclusive Edition” of the C.S.S. Virginia, where each model has unique laser cut serial number. This allows us to identify production date, material used and all other production information of a model. The model is painted in black with wooden deck to replicate the original ship colors. The model is secured tightly on a black solid wood base with a brass nameplate with the words “C.S.S. Virginia.” It’ll make a perfect gift for home or office decorator, boat enthusiast, or passionate collector.

Uber Bazaar guarantees all products to be free from defects in material & workmanship and our items are returnable within 30 days of delivery with original packaging. The refund will be the purchase price, minus the cost of outbound shipping. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility, so please be sure to package items well for shipment back to Uber Bazaar. This policy will apply to all orders, including items listed with "free shipping". Shipment refusals will be treated as a standard return.
An RMA number is required prior to returning the order, so please contact us at customerservice@uberbazaar.com to let us know about your return. We will provide you with a return RMA number and the return address. Package the item back in its original packaging and write your RMA number on the box.
Returns must be in their original packaging, unassembled, undamaged and in original condition. Return items are subject to inspection upon arrival, and any missing or damaged components will result in assessment and reduction of the final refund amount. In the instance a return is received without RMA and original packaging, refund might not be issued and return might be discarded.
In some instances, images may vary in color due to print process, monitor settings, or personal perceptions. We are not responsible for color variations.
This warranty does not include incidental or consequential expenses. No other warranty is implied.
Damage/Defect Policy
Uber Bazaar's Damage/Defect standard policy is to provide replacement items for all Damages and/or Defects reported within 30 days. Damages and/or Defects after 30 days are not covered.
Please provide photographs of the damaged items and/or parts that require replacement.
Once Uber Bazaar receives a replacement request and photographs, replacement item will be ordered from the manufacturer. This typically takes 5-7 business days. Once we receive your item, we will immediately ship it out to you, and will email you with your tracking information. In some rare circumstances an item may become unavailable, in those rare cases, we will contact you with an alternative resolution.
Please hold on to your damaged items. When you receive your replacement item tracking notification, we will advise if your damaged item can be disposed of or if we will need to schedule a return pick up.
After reviewing pictures, in some instances where an item is not easily replaceable a partial refund option can be discussed and determined at that time.
In an instance a customer cannot or has not provided photographs - return will be subject to inspection upon arrival at Uber Bazaar’s facility. Customer will be notified if reported damages are not found, and standard return policy fees will apply.
